extremely busy as my intern work is becoming more of a challenge. So i haven't been able too update in about a weeks time. I've got a lot of homework too finish today, so this post will be short.
I noticed this week that when President Obama called on Congress too keep student loan interest rates low the Republican sidewinder Mitt Romney agreed. Then the 112th "do nothing too support the recovery" Congress also agreed. On condition they could pay for it by taking money out of preventetive healthcare for women in the Affordable Care Act.
Yep, there's definately no "War On Women", huh Mitt?
I also noticed that Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagen recrused herself from hearing the the Federal Governments challenge too SB1070 Arizona's "papers please' racial profiling law. Unlike Clarence Thomas, a man without integrity or honor, Kagen did the right thing.
In my opinion SB1070 will go the route of the Affordable Care Act. 5-4, 5-3. I'm just saying. The right wing on the SCOTUS is all political and judicial activism.
